desayuno: ok
1/2 mañana: ok
comida: pavo, arvejas y tomate. Un pomelo.
1/2 tarde: 3 tés verde. chocolate y 8 palmeritas.
cena: 1/2 bocata de cecina y melón.
antes de dormir: 2 yogures
208.6 lb Lost so far: 19.6 lb.    Still to go: 32.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 9.3 lb a week

jajaj! Significa que comí lo habitual, sin desmadrar, mi caprichos ni abundancia...
