I got down to 159 and then stopped being healthy in my eating and didn't exercise.

I'm beginning again but watching health more than weight.
Step 1 - daily exercise. I've made two days in a row.
Step 2 - 64 oz. of water daily
Step 3 - 8 hrs of sleep nightly.
157.0 lb Lost so far: 7.6 lb.    Still to go: 24.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
gaining 0.0 lb a week
