I got down to 159 and then stopped being healthy in my eating and didn't exercise.
I'm beginning again but watching health more than weight. Step 1 - daily exercise. I've made two days in a row. Step 2 - 64 oz. of water daily Step 3 - 8 hrs of sleep nightly.
