I have been work work work so far this week, next week isn't much better, I am so tired when I get home, I just flop and watch TV with my mother :-( I hope to get moving again soon, but I just need to earn pennies. I think half the problem is that I am eating wheat ready for my Coeliac test and it is making me sluggish, I cant wait to be off it again and feeling energised.
136.5 lb Lost so far: 9.5 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
