changing a little, trying a different way of eating some what. Going to cardio excersie next week. See what happens. Really been off my diet since April, have't gained but no lose either. I think that is good that I have held my weight for 5 months. The heart thing has thrown a screw in the works. Suppose I have to rethink a lot of things. Thought I was eating good, maybe it's just old age. Humm, which is worse, old age, or bad diet.
