I am not hungry today, I know with my crazy work schedule yesterday i didn't get enough veggies in and my food isn't moving like it should... Thought of food makes me ill. i've been drinking water.. I am at work again right now and well, can't wait to be out of here. I plan on working out tonight and trying to push food.. but right now, I so dont feel like eating. UGH.
Oh well, I'll just blame the fact it's Monday. =)
201.0 lb Lost so far: 13.0 lb.    Still to go: 51.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
