This whole diet thing is so much harder when you pair it with a crazy work schedule! Still, I've managed to avoid bad carbs and pretty much stick to a very simplified phase one program. Gearing up for the weekend!
176.5 lb Lost so far: 3.5 lb.    Still to go: 31.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Your chart shows clear progress. Some days are harder than others and we just don't do as well, just keep applying the effort as you've done until now and you will be at your target weight and feeling wonderful in no time. Good luck!

I dont have a hectic work schedule to offer advice...but I can tell you that where theres a will theres a way and as the previous posts said to you, your graph does look great. Just keep up the good work and know were all here for you. Best wishes!

The best advice I can give is to pre-plan your week as best as possible, from snacks to dinners and breakfast's. Get a list going and get what you like on hand and ready to grab when you're busy. You can do it! You've done great so far, keep up the great work!! :)

the only advise i can give is to make a week long menu plan and then shop for that plan only...this way the items you need are in the house...i plan breakfast, lunch and dinner for the hubby and myself...i usually only have 2 hours from the time i get home until we go to bed...hubby gets up at 4 am... i purchased a crock pot and it has saved my life...makes getting dinner on the table so much easier... hope this helps
