desayuno ok
1/2 mañana ok
comida: ok (pavo, arvejas, tomate y un pomelo)
1/2 tarde: 3 tés con palmeritas y chocolate
cena: taza de leche con tostadas de queso untable
206.8 lb Lost so far: 21.4 lb.    Still to go: 30.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 7.7 lb a week
