comida: pavo, tomate, pan y manzana
1/2 tarde: té y alfajor (+) té y palmeritas
cena: taza de leche, pan y queso crema
207.9 lb Lost so far: 20.3 lb.    Still to go: 31.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 4.6 lb a week
