New scale reads higher weight than my broken scale. So I guess use the new one at least it calibrates automatically. So I am at 284.3 as opposed to 277, gut punch. I am still taking Sundays off, I am so sore and frustrated, tomorrow will be a better day. I am so sick of working out and eating right and not 1 stinkin' pound lost. I eat a lot of fruit and then realized its to many carbs. I need dietary assistance??
284.0 lb Lost so far: 1.0 lb.    Still to go: 104.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

low glycemic fruit and(mostly) veg(less sugar)....mushrooms, peppers, radish, celery, most leafy greens, zuchini, summer squash, add a sauce of apple cider vinegar, soy sauce , a bit of stevia....either toss cold or braise veg and add as hot sauce. Chicken, fish, eggs. Don't worry about the number on the scale....just check if it is droping. I have gone up and down 3 pounds in a week so weight myself only once a week now.

I took a little snoop through your food diary. Lose the cookies and fruit pops. You're eating a tremendous amount of sugar! Try a week with as little sugar as possible, and see if it makes a difference.

Well sore muscles can mean your muscles are retaining water to help them heal. This can show on the scale as a temporary gain, no loss or smaller than usual loss. It goes away when your muscles get used to new the new exercise. I would just start fresh on your new scale. Weight loss takes a lot of time and patience.

Thanks cathyfield, mskestrela and Suzi161, for your helpful tips. I know the cookies were bad food but was not aware that Outshine bars are bad sugar, I thought they were fruit sugar. I do eat a lot of raw fruit and vegtables but I will take your comments and apply them.
