Going to weigh in wed instead of today. I think I'm due for my "friend" so I probably won't have a loss this week. Have been drinking my water, but I also have been eating my dinner very late at night. So, I'm going to work on the time I eat last again. Also, I guess I will have to start exercising. Yuk
142.0 lb Lost so far: 17.0 lb.    Still to go: 7.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
