embarrassed & ashamed but this is a lifelong process. I just realized today that I feel guilty for leaving & worry if I'm doing the right thing. at work last night recognized how healthy I am when I work. praying that I am leaving with integrity and for positive reasons amidst everyone's frustrations.
140.0 lb Lost so far: 35.0 lb.    Still to go: 4.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
