yay me.
tonight is my carb nite. I will eat ultra low carb all day, do some weight training in the afternoon. wait one hour as my body goes through a little autophagy then spike my insulin with my work out drink and eat some sushi, heavy on the rice. Maybe a desert. Then start over again ultra low carb tomorrow.
