Gained 1.0 pound morning after janes Birthday and spending day at hospital, Which I tried to be careful. During the Week did great on diet and still gained A pound. This Sunday July 3rd Megan And family will be here and also this Wednesday is Mr Youngs funeral, so I Will try to stay on track with dieting.
