Did pretty good on diet this week. I even Got down to 147.8 pounds. Could have Done better but Vanessa's dad has been In hospital so been eating at hospital. Then Saturday night found out Mr Young is Terminally ill so they took him off life support Stayed at hospital until 10:39 PM that night And yesterday I've been sick to my stomach. Also yesterday was fathers day. Ate no desert But did have a few chocolate chips. Today is Janes 95th birthday and will will have pizza And cake. Good luck
