Went off my fast by eating 3 pieces of toast, an apple and some salad. After 3 days of just water I felt like shit and had to get some food in me. Have revise plan to continue the water fast but to eat sparingly (simple starch meals or vegetable juice) when I feel too weak. My hunger drive is reset so I don't feel the need to snack continuously. Let's see how things go from here.
222.2 lb Lost so far: 15.8 lb.    Still to go: 37.2 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
losing 4.2 lb a week
