Started working and my weight just went up! I am unable to walk as much as I used to when I was in university and the long hours make it difficult for me to put in an exercise when i reach home. I wake at 5am in the morning to reach to work and don't reach home until about 4:30pm. From there i have to get ready for the next day and prepare my meals. That gives me about 4 and a half hours until my working night bedtime and I find it so difficult. However I should not be making excuses for something that would benefit me and I need to continue to push and work hard at it. I can't seem to exercise consecutively enough and it tears me to bits because I can see the weight gain not only on the scale, but also on my body - my stomach. I started my journey at 172lbs and i would like to reach at least 140. In addition to eating freaking healthy I gain weight so healthy because of my PCOS and that's another thing that tears me up inside. Boo me but I gotta fight :)
