Was slightly sad I gained 3 lbs on 10 day vaca...then as I dropped it pretty fast...back to reality and getting 5 people to step up their diet plan and sign up for fat secret. I push them to drink, and then I drink. Having health issues that make it hard for me to lose weight...water is of a huge importance for this to work.
147.0 lb Lost so far: 12.0 lb.    Still to go: 12.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
