Did ok this week. Tuesday, June 7th, walked 1/2
Miles and then Wednesday to Saturday
Walked 1 mile and Sunday is off day. Good luck this 😄😊
150.6 lb Lost so far: 38.2 lb.    Still to go: 10.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
