Six months since I started FS and lost over 40 lbs to date, feeling really good today, I join FS to loose weight due to high blood pressure and other problems associated with weight, I'm currently 59 years old, blood pressure back to normal, of all mediation and feeling really good. Thank you to all who supported me 😀 🍎
