ugh, I gained a half lb... I didn't get all veggies in for carbs yesterday.. i only had 11 net carbs yesterday.. I need to up it to my 20 or closer to it..I blame my half lb gain on that.. plenty of exercise yesterday though.. i worked out 30 mins on my Wii fit plus and I worked 8 hours yesterday.. mainly moving boxes and climbing ladders.. my legs are sore today.. my abs too, wherever they are under my extra lovin' =)
I'm still proud... just gotta push those carbs to 20! it's key!
202.0 lb Lost so far: 12.0 lb.    Still to go: 52.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Dont forget that muscle weighs more than fat! You may see a tiny uptick on weight but you are losing SIZE! Just dont let it throw you! Lean and firm beats lean and flabby!!! :D
