Was beginning to wonder if I was on the right track. lots of websites saying I'm supposed to be 110, 122, perhaps 143... Finally Amy back to BMI. That says 136 tops. I can believe that @ 136, considering the way my body feels, I would not be underweight. how much to eat? can't really say for sure how active I am. If I do get to 136 by consuming 2000 calories per day even if it takes a year, then probably on some kind of right track. what is the goal? the real goal? what is the love?
140.0 lb Lost so far: 35.0 lb.    Still to go: 4.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
