Had a piece of bread yesterday and was reminded of why I decided not to eat it for a while it makes me crave sugar. Lemon water in the morning is always a great remedy. Walking with the baby in the stroller. Back from vacation tomorrow and back to a regular exercise routine. Feeling much better about myself and less tired.
