While family was here, I gained going from
150.6 to 160.4. They left last Wednesday and
Have been losing the gained weight. Hopefully
I will lose all that weight plus the weight
Needed to lose by July 7th.
153.4 lb Lost so far: 35.4 lb.    Still to go: 13.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
