wow!! I tracked all my foods yesterday.. didn't even think I did that well with my eating b/c i have battered and FRIED catfish.. but I lost 2 lbs!!! can you believe it!! OMG! that's really exciting for me.. I was stalled out and my weight went up and down for about 5 days!! hooooray! for tracking my foods and working out on my Wii!
201.5 lb Lost so far: 12.5 lb.    Still to go: 51.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
