So the weight is finally coming off. I had to give up all sugar and carbs which isn't easy to stick to especially because I own a bakery/cafe, 100% organic but still a bakery, sometimes I still have a piece of dark chocolate in the afternoon, buts it's been spinach, Swiss chard, farm fresh eggs and avocados for me. Thankfully we just slaughtered our spring livestock and now we have a freezer full of beautiful organic non gmo lamb and goat. My body seems to be liking to protein over carbs. Also having some sea greens once a week to support my thyroid and taking Vibrant Greens powder shake for an extra boost of muscle building amino acids. Digestion has improved Dramatically since kicking the carbs go figure.not feeling as exhausted.still managing to stay pretty close to plan even though on vacation this week for my brothers wedding. Blessings to all on your journey to better health it means everything. With healthy body comes healthy mind and joy of living.
Things have settled a bit with the baby she's almost 4 months super healthy and milk supply is still great so hopefully will have time to log food and exercise again.
161.0 lb Lost so far: 12.0 lb.    Still to go: 36.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
