Weight typically going up and down a pound or two. Wife is going back to strict Weight Watchers diet, so I'll benefit from that as well. Off to work I go - after a whopping 5 hours of sleep.
187.0 lb Lost so far: 8.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
