Haven't been on in a while . Very frustrated with my weight and energy levels. I'm starting to think it might be a thyroid issue. No matter how much I restrict ( I can only go so far since I'm breastfeeding) my calories and exercise everyday the weight won't budge. Feel tired all the time, a kind of brain fog , I have never felt like thus before always been clear headed, we'll just of the time! So I changed my diet to no grains, absolutely no sugar and up my intake of sea vegetables to see it that improves my energy and promotes some weight loss.
