I just wrote on a journal, thought I had done it to post here, maybe not. Anyway, been gone a couple of months, had catered high carb lunches, gained 2 pounds, which isn't to bad for 2 months, but I hope to get myself on the straight and narrow now. I made Cloud Bread this morning, humm don't think I will be over eating on those.
