I got in my steps and stayed active. I don't think it was how much I ate but what I ate that caused this weight gain. It may be water weight. I need to go back and look at my food dairies to see what might have caused the gain. I plan to be active all week again so I will see if my weight drops by moving and watching "trigger foods." It is a process and I am willing to stick to it. A new week, Here we Go!
