Been sort of keeping an eye on things, the occasional bag of peanuts finding their way into my maw. I have a meal out this week so have been quite strict over the last couple of days to ready myself for the onslaught of food ... have my eye on a baked camembert for my meal to be followed with fresh strawberries and cream. I may change my mind on the day if this weather keeps up, too hot for cheese today. I will be having a good long walk tomorrow through the park to my college, so looking forward to that and the exercise will help. I am off sick from work at the moment with a bad back, not hurting today, which is great, so starting to do more around the house. Might attempt to do a little gardening later in the week, which will be more exercise, as that is an area I really need to work on.
