1883 kcal Fat: 70.04g | Prot: 124.48g | Carb: 186.86g.   Breakfast: Egg White, Whipped Butter, Multigrain Bread, Coffee, Cream (Half & Half). Lunch: Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Sour Dough Bread, Jumbo Shrimp Spiedini. Dinner: Italian Salad Dressing, Lettuce Salad with Assorted Vegetables, Vegetable Tempura, Shrimp Tempura, Brown Rice, Chicken Breast (Skin Not Eaten). Snacks/Other: Chocoiste Milk Chocolate Covered Strawberries, Creme Sandwich Cookies, Colby Jack Cheese, thrifty jumbo cake cups, Vanilla Frozen Dessert, Milk Chocolate Candies, Apples. more...
