Got a new, "better" scale in today. Should give me better, more accurate measures of my weight. Sorry to say it appears to be weighing me a bit heavier than my previous scale. That along with getting off diet for the last two days, has my weight up again. I started this at a weight of 365 pounds... I am staying in Ketosis and I have lost weight...so I will carry on. I need more and better forms of exercise and have to cut protein and extra calories.
