Alot going on and I just took a break for awhile
Wrong thing to do but I did. I just needed to shut it down and get my head straight I was obsessing with the food dairy worried about this and that plus dealing with degenerative disease in my back. But I'm back. just trying to eat healthy now.

Losing weight will be so much easier on your back. It must be hard not to snack endlessly in the truck. Healthy eating sounds like a great plan!
