Thanks , Suzytrws. I guess I can not reach the target . but I believe I will lose weight with the fasting month of Ramadan. thank you for comment

Ramadan meal eaten 2 times . The first meal of the day to eat before The sunlight(sahur) . the second meal of the day is eat after sunset(iftar). If you want to eat, your eat time is sunset between sunlight. And also no drinking(all of Them),no smoking in ramadan. Your fasting time is day time not night
