I've been more or less maintaining weight the last few months and now its time to make the final push. Ive come an awfully long way and I am nearly there! Starting to reincorporate exercise as my body permits it (still having issues with knees and now hip). Ive still been counting calories but I think I'm going to incorporate more nuts and a bit more snacking. I get so excited in spring seeing all the good and cheap fruit come back-can hardly wait for blueberries! Overall, feeling quite positive! Time to get this done!
