Woke for some strange reason at 6am. Felt like I was waking late but it was early so was glad cos it meant I could get some treadmilling in. I did one km at 4.5km/hr (72cal) then another ten mins (0.5m/50odd cal). Didn't make up for the sandwiches and cake followed by maccas ice cream at lunch. Had veggies/salad ("free foods" with 99%ff dressing) for dinner had about half of a vegetarian easy meal, didnt like it - it was the highest cal one of all the ones inordered so i dont mind i didnt like it but actually the cals isnt why! dressing
