I guess there comes a time when you really get serious about losing weight and getting healthy. it sometimes takes a couple of tries like when you want to syop smoking...anyway here is another attempt for me. And i'm sure this will be it. :)
184.4 lb Lost so far: 9.6 lb.    Still to go: 26.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
