Weighed in without the big jacket today. I know I am not at my ideal weight. I'm not sure if adherence will bring me to that weight, or if changes would need to be made, particularly to the intake.
140.0 lb Lost so far: 35.0 lb.    Still to go: 4.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
