Kind of a hard week last week. Still
Trying to break the habit of snacking
And/or would get hungry in the evening
March 27th was Easter and Easter eve
And Easter Sunday I gained 5.8 pounds.
Saturday eating empanadas and Sunday at Lori's with fried noodles. Good luck this week
168.6 lb Lost so far: 20.2 lb.    Still to go: 28.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
