Still gearing up to get started with the diet, but I have worked out pretty well for the last 5 days. I don't have my ultrametabolism book yet, so I am not sure what I eat is on the diet. I have some friends on Weight Watchers, and I am considering doing this instead of ultrametabolism, although if you think about it, many of the ultrametabolism keys work well on a weight watchers diet...anyhow, must keep trying!
