well I have been gone for a while and am in a slump... i left work in Hawaii and went home to NY for 2 months and now i am on a travel assignment in Massachusetts...not bad but i am in a slump... i haven't gained weight but i feel my self slipping mentally. okay back on the ball Sabrina!! I found a substitute for my milk cravings... Almond breeze unsweetened 1.38 carbs for a full 8oz cup, and a great substitute... tastes good to.
