day 3 I started taking one tablespoon of physlum husk every night because of not getting enough fiber. I think that was what was stalling my weight loss on induction phase. Also I bought ketostix as suggest in the ORIGINAL atkins book by Dr Atkins. Also in case anyone has wondered what kind of exercise I a doing it is Freeletics 5 days a week with concentration on Strength. As for Cardio I have also been trying there run app this month which right now has me running 4 times with a concentration on getting faster.
