Well, no I am not eating a bunch of stuff but as Atkins says "one cheat is the kiss of death on this plan". So last Friday I ate a bunch of crap at the hockey game and now I am retaining water.
So it's ok...I am trying harder to keep it to the 25g per day and keep my sugar low.
I am concentrating on water intake and carbs.
