Went off my diet plan a little and ate too much bread and cheese. Getting back in the saddle this week and putting my efforts towards losing a few more pounds. Have at least kept up with the exercise and actually jogged slowly with the baby in the stroller yesterday. I also realized when I go off my plan I tend to not log my food as consistently. Making effort to log all food no matter what's this week. As someone who has never really had to lose a significant amount of weight I have a better appreciation for all people struggling with health and weight issues. This is not easy! Kudos to everyone for your physical , mental and emotional efforts .
