Here we go...my third attempt @ Atkins. I've had great results in the past with the losing...it's the LIFESTYLE part that gets me. Not this time though. I'm in it for the long haul. I actually started my new LIFESTYLE Monday. I'm ready and eager to get this weight off! In induction stage now, which really limits the fruits/vegetables/nuts/drinks I can have, but it's worth it.
