I was 150 on Monday, bloated from all the food I ate over the weekend when I binged and ate whatever I wanted. I felt unhealthy so I decided to try again the 21 day fix but to really concentrate on proper food amounts.

I had tried it before but found that it was too much food so I gave up. I kept up with the exercise but without a proper diet not much changed. So this time around I did some more research and realized I didn't have to eat everything they said, especially if I was full, only try to eat a little from each group at the very minimum. I'm maintaining approx 1200 calories a day, some days more, some days less but never excessively beyond the 1200. Now it is only day 3 that I'm doing this but this morning I was 145 so I feel good about that.

I'm haven't begun the exercise but hope to soon. I also hope to remember the portion sizes when it comes to Easter dinner but I won't beat myself up too bad if I have a little more as it's not only Easter but my daughter's 8th birthday that day too.

I'm hoping this time around I'm able to finally reach my goal weight and from there I can just maintain it.
