My birthday weekend, had a few carbs, could have been a lot worse, no cake and ice cream. I did have some Skinny Popcorn from Costco and a Junior Cheesburger with a cherry limeade slush. Yum Yum. On my way back to a good grl.
153.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 8.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
