This week even though I lost weight
Weighing myself each day, 2 days I
Maintained and 2 days I gained 1.2 and
1 pound. No reason why as I did NOT
Cheat. Hopefully next week is better
170.4 lb Lost so far: 18.4 lb.    Still to go: 30.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
