forgot to update this on monday the 24th 2011
so still going strong have only cheated on this diet once since March 26th and that was back in July so all in all this is great, since my last entry I said i needed to stay away from negitive people and I am and boy does it feel great, I am enjoying coming to work again,and working out in the mornings again wow what negitivity can do to a person:) I found my JESUS woohoo. I am at 47.8 pounds can not wait to get to 50 pounds so I can say I am HALF way to my goal:) still loving this diet:)
209.4 lb Lost so far: 47.8 lb.    Still to go: 52.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
