Down from yesterday---and the great thing is I am seeing the results of my hour elliptical run yesterday! Also feeling it a bit in my waist and legs....but the hurt is good, because muscles are getting stronger and fat cells are getting burned!

300.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 10.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

1322 kcal Fat: 38.71g | Prot: 69.29g | Carb: 182.20g.   Breakfast: kroger fat free shredded cheddar cheese, hunts ketchup, egg substitute great value. Lunch: great value no sugar added ice cream sandwich, peanut butter, apple, kroger reduced fat cheddar cheese shredded, campbells tomato soup. Dinner: 90 calorie fiber one brownie, pintos and cheese, chicken flatbread sandwich taco bell. more...

Absolutely! Love music with my workouts. The faster the beat and the louder the volume the better!
